I have a cargo bike, I think it's a 20-inch model, with 5 batteries. I replaced 3 with new ones, and 2 have about half their lifespan left. A single charge gets me around 45 kilometers. I replaced the ECU a few days ago. The bike needs a few minor things, like a rear brake and a gear shift button. Note that the gear shifting works without the button.
